I still find it amazing at the ability of the Elk management and BOD to drive the price of the shares down by their stupidity and poor management.

Recent events out of the States confirm my opinion that those people should be removed from the company ASAP.

With all the talk of not being able to raise debt find a JV partner smacks of gross incompetence and being negligent.

Even AZZ has been able to find a JV partner for its USA assets and a quick look at them and their record means that if they can do it then ANYONE should be able to do it!!

Second is the ability of companies to reaffirm their borrowing base.

Even dogs like PLLL and other companies with huge amounts of debt like SGY have been able to do so.

I guess it comes down to rewarding your buddies and s*crewing the long term shareholders.

In the end all the studies and other BS that Elk is/have/will undertake amounts to squat.

The ONLY thing they have to decide is to either develop the properties using EOR or shut down the company. Simple.

It doesn’t/shouldn’t have take/taken years and millions of dollars of wasted shareholder funds to come up with an answer to that question.
