    @ skinsy11 - read the 3DP 23 July 2020 Appendix 4C - Quarterly announcement for the answer to your question.

    P G & E = Pacific Gas and Electric (a huge US conglomerate utility company).

    3DP have been signing up a number of US utility companies recently, and going forward utility companies are expected to be a huge $ market for them (amongst many others).
