Why no increase today

    Can someone shed some light as to why AOR has not moved up a few cents today??? PDG was up 3% in the US and gold has firmed. Just wondering if there was any reason to this?
    Even after the annoucement on Monday by PDG for an extra 35c cash and PDG price at the time of $8.01 that still equated to a takeover price for AOR of $2.97. Since then PDG has risen over 6% and gold has firmed over $2.40.
