I'll tell you why there is no interest in this stock- the directors are useless!
As for the EGM proposal, we shouldn't be giving Pallinghurst or Red Rock a damn penny!
We will be getting diluted out for 50% of our ownership and giving up over 50% of the control to Pallinghurt and Red Rock. JMS will be shafted, we won't see any of the $50m 'set aside' for JMS. They will strip our assets out and leave the share holders with nothing.
I can see this getting through and I am selling out on open.
A simple farm out of Mt Mason on equal terms would have seen us through, we have $6m in the bank for goats sake, this is a JOKE..........
