Of course there will be major changes in management, that is a given. But that doesn't mean jack s*** as pallinghurst and red rock will be taking majority ownership of JMS if shareholders allow it, effectively giving them the power to do whatever they want.. Shareholders will not see any of the $50m cash 'promised' to JMS (as there is no agreement in place - read the EGM material).. After phase 2 they'll take everything and shareholders will see nothing. It's clear back and white, even the independent report states that the deal is NOT fair and NOT reasonable - what more do you want.
