Its been like that for ages......
Been watching ENE vs AVN and the action in both gives really nothing away
AVN on the 1 hand is up but on say $16k worth of trades.
ENE is down a touch but on much higher vol and market value (~$297k).
Neither suggests anything rally.
I think it may be a case of those who wanna be set are and there may also be a fair bit of this ann factored in
