Nothing sinister just seems a little slow inconsistent with messaging and unorganised - would love to see a timeline for key events leading up to first production. An ad helps build confidence even if this position is to be filled via recruiters. If KCN are to produce gold by end of year you would think this position would need to be filled asap.
