    If you included figures in your analysis I may have been more inclined to agree with your sentiment about risk
    It merely implied that acquisitions usually perform poorly

    Nbn revenue was down $40m (40% lower than expected)
    Utilities were up $150m (almost 300% higher) due to comdain acquisition in January 2019

    That looks like a decent hole filled to me
    Especially with a record EBITDA of $108m recently announced
    Comdain is still being integrated & should be completed by the end of this year
    Correct me if I'm wrong, but that to me tells me that once earnings report is released & actual figures show this, the sp should climb again

    2019 sp was too high as latest earnings & guidance didn't support what the market expected. This is why it fell. Then covid hit & dropped it again.

    The majority of the market is day trading atm
    Anything that went green early is being pushed higher
    Everything else is just going to remain flat

    My question is should investors put money into a stock that is already overvalued?
    Or something that has gone under the radar?
    I suppose it depends on how long investors are willing to wait for a return on their investment
