Been watching SSM for a while and finally got in. Uncertainty over NBN and the mild profit downgrade will be long forgotten soon.
From the downgrade, projects are delayed or deferred implying a stronger FY21. Management to advise of growth options very soon and with debt paid back there is significant fire power for inorganic growth. All signs point to better EPS growth than the market expects, which will be reflected in the SP in due course - IMO of course.
Let’s not forget that insiders bought up a stack of shares over recent months - and these were not token amounts. That’s very promising in my mind as they’re the most informed about the businesses prospects.
