Okay so I spent my whole day analyzing this stock and boy has it...

Okay so I spent my whole day analyzing this stock and boy has it been overlooked by the market. I'm so excited. Here's my short summary:

- Very strong liquidity = They hold about $70M in cash, and in times like this cash is king.
- Low Debt = $60M in total debt ($9M short term and $51M long term) and this was for the acquisition of Comdain Infrastructure.
- Low Debt/Equity = 0.16
- Strong Balance Sheet - Current ratio = 2.02
- Growing Revenues by 21% in the last 5 years -- Even though NBN activations are supposedly coming to an "end", there is plenty of future works in the pipeline with 5G, future Utilities contracts and projects from Comdain (which brought in $160M in revenue in FY19).
- Both Operating and Net Profit Margin's are increasing every year.
- Good Management - They are very selective in the strategic acquisitions and want to make sure they deliver value to shareholders through these acquisitions.
- 5% dividend yield and dividend is increasing each year.

From a Valuation standpoint:
- Discounted Cashflow Valuation - Fair Price of Equity = $3.46 (from my calculations which were quite conservative)
- Fair Price of Equity (with MOS of 15%) = $2.94
- Fair Price of Equity (with MOS of 30%) = $2.42

- Intrinsic Valuation (a little less accurate) - Fair Price of Equity = $3.67
- Fair Price of Equity (with MOS of 15%) = $3.12
- Fair Price of Equity (with MOS of 30%) = $2.57

This is the kind of company i've been looking for long-term investing! Will be hoping on it very soon! Good luck to all
