I doubt the BOD knows a Corporate Governance Statement exists. My experience is the small investor is the last to know the news. I could state the law; the Aust Corp Act 2001 that all investors shall be treated equally and that news that could affect the SP shall be announced ASAP but this never happens.

SP seems to be holding up even with the downturn of POG which is not really a downturn considering the AUS dollar.

I have a small investment here; $3K, now down to $2K, just have to wait it out, the sharemarket seems bloated so upside to POG a looks positive.
