And as I mentioned the MTA should be finalised it should not require funds from PNO.. so why the delay?
Everything they do takes 10 times longer than it should...PAY should be based upon results.. otherwise its padded out, no urgency..
I noticed $55k in staff salaries.. I was under the impression we had no staff at the moment.. or minimal staff..what do the staff do... about time we did a forensic look at all costs and where money has and is going...
