I certainly would have thought that the share price would have moved and I'm scratching my head to try and figure it out.
Any JV involving Garatau would be worth multiples of the current price which makes me wonder if this upcoming JV is only about 'H' and 'E' farms and maybe 'N' if Beng have been able to be one of the negotiating parties. I'm sure the DMR would like all the legal challenges and reviews to be resolved so the way is clear for mine development.
So, IMO, in order to account for the current share price, either the market doesn't believe a JV involving Garatau is going to happen or, the upcoming JV only involves Tubatse.
