NKP management have no credibility left with the market or with other investors.

Many, many posts ago (I think sometime in 2010) I posted that one day, NKP management's poor communication would come back to bite them in the ar$$e. You cannot keep promising delivery timelines and not stick to them. You cannot keep hiding details about court cases against Genorah (the Beng one) and not inform the market.

The market is going to take a wait and see approach until this so called imminent JV is delivered.

So if I was a new investor, I would do the same. Wait for the actual delivery of a definitive JV, then buy shares.

This SP will only move AFTER delivery of the JV, not before. I do not see any substantive BUY the rumour trades occurring because NKP have failed on every other delivery timeline.

A cynic like me would also suggest there is no JV and this is just a ploy by NKP to get the price up a bit for oppie exercise.

We shall know soon enough (I hope).
