If NKP can not pull a JV (in time) to save their back side. (Must be on the borrowed money by now)
Who would the rights go back to?

All the Genorah shares are in escrow.
The right would go straight back to Genorah, wouldn't they. Which puts them in a "can't loose" basis.

As some one rightly pointed out, since 06 NKP is really only a vehicle for this BEE.

If a JV as really close, the "good friends" of this mob would be buying. The last top 40 showed a very small increase, and the Big names seemed to get less and less each time.

On the bright side, theres a great trading range going on, which could help some pull back some loses. (No I'm not trading it, as I'm hoping I've picked the bottom for now and am all in else where)

Topwin seems to have a good theory. ""H" and "E" going (Which has not and will not need a BFS)
Beng may be a "fly" on "E"
