I too, read that article- it's nasty, but gives one an idea about what has obviously been going on for years: Tinkler doesn't seem to pay his debts on time. BWD's share price shows no evidence that the placement will ever be paid- you can take a horse to court but you can't make him pay, or can you?
Meanwhile, there might be some share sales for WHC:
