Still no news you might be correct Collateral they are asleep behind the wheel just getting wages etc... and planning to do a massive diluting capital raising!!!
Like most chines run companies they never announce anything and just blunder along. I think some thing is up and they will turn it into a IT company, or importing (perhaps Chinese nationals to Australia). But the supply demand equation is all back to front no migration.
