Funny the way i read it, they like most other banks had banned crypto buying on credit card, and it was just a note that it may lead to some customers looking for another card with another bank.
It then went on to say they had concerns on being able to report on tracking transactions with crypto, due to banks Being regulated and needing by law to report on it. Basically hinting crypto needs to be regulated or removed from banking system.
It's actually a negative article for crypto, but you kids don't understand finance so really dont get what you all are reading.
