You only pay CGT if you made a profit so the statement of getting out of paying CGT is not even a poitn when no one accepts bitcoin anyway, and you have had to made a profit out of bitcoin not other investements in the first place.
expecting a zero value assett to increase forever without doing anyting is a ponzi, thats not useful or a future tech.
buying and selling one ponzi coin with another ponzi coin doesnt give it valid real world use.
regardless the whole crypto market keeps falling as the ponzi has already got to big.
