Very predictable. The IPCC are saying that they are so smart that they dont need any peer review, but anyone who wants to challenge their report needs a peer review else their thinking is not scientific.
That what propaganda is all about.
Clearly the IPCC paper has ZERO credibility as any sort of scientific paper.
