why no price rise.

I wondered why a share with such good prospect's share price does not go through the roof. I am only a beginner in this trade but looked at the Financial Report issued and note the following. Maybe these are the reasons why the share price drops because the share value is watered down all the time? What do you think with more knowledge? Please post your opinion. Is this normal?

AFTER BALANCE DATE EVENTS

No matters or circumstances have arisen since the end of the financial year which significantly affected or may significantly affect the operations of the company, the results of those operations, or the state of affairs of the company in future financial years except as follows:-

• On 1 September 2006, 550,000 unlisted options were granted to employees under the Company’s Employee Share
Option Plan to take up ordinary shares at an exercise price of 53 cents on or before 1 September 2011.
• The Company received Mining Approval effective 4 September 2006, from the Northern Territory Minister for Primary
• On 15 September 2006, 8,883,334 fully paid ordinary shares, 6,750,000 options exercisable at 20 cents on or before 30 April 2008 (unquoted) and 975,000 options exercisable at 20 cents on or before 30 September 2007 (unquoted) were released from escrow.

Interest in Shares and Options - Mr Hopkins (THE CHAIRMAN) holds no ordinary shares and 1,250,000 options.
