Why does this company seemingly not have to release quarterly activites and cashflow reports like every other company on the ASX.
The last financial reports from ESI were Full year statratory accounts released on 30/08/2013 and the annual report released on 28/10/2013. as at these reports this company had only 627K in the bank
WHY dont they need to lodge quarterlies, am i missing something.
Cash must be very low now, maybe a CR is looming???
