i know, I feel your pain. These guys calling a placement may be working together, without even meaning to, to lull themselves into accepting lower prices based on a false conclusion they have extrapolated from rationalising their own positions. And then bang. Its over.

However, mostly speculation is often well intentioned, even if wrong.

The bottom line remains, this is a highly leveraged spec play which is a few hundred feet away from discovering and declaring the true value of its asset.
