I reckon if the board made a decisive shares buyback (even a modest one say upto 5% of shares issues over 12 months - revocable if required) straight after receiving POSCO cash, pretty sure we won't be in the dire position now as the highest shorted stock in ASX.
But you need the courage and foresight to do that, definitely not from the Chair who are pretty conservative and ..............
