Interestingly Mr. T will have 51% pre dilution if this vote goes ahead.. There will also be a shareholder vote of whether he is to exercise his options taking his stake to 52.5% (with additional $2.75M into the kitty) this is only provided that no other options are exercised. If enough options are exercised (obviously provided its were financially worth it) bringing his stake under 50%, there will be an additional shareholder vote as to an additional placement so that he maintains his 51%. In theory then if enough options were exercised and then a vote against him raising capital at the expense of further dilution would his stake then be under 51% thus not giving him the sole majority vote in any future discussions for the company?
