Actually I dont believe we are voting on the rights to raise capital at the expense of dilution but having said that , Mr T has stated his intention , for now anyways , to participate in further capital raisings on the same terms as investors to mantain his 51%. Also the standstill notice will be removed if resolution 6 is passed which allows him to buy and sell as he wishes , within the ASX rules regarding majority owners .
