Management own a controlling stake through BEL, OEQ and QUE. Any kind of takeover would have to be hostile with the aim of removing the Board and Mgmt (unless mgmt agreed in which case it would be to their beneift and not shareholders). This is a very poorly run company. Mgmt have only been interested in lining their own pockets over the past 10 years. Pple can say what they want about LEL however thats been able to run off the back of a hot market sector.
I hold shares in this company...bottom draw type stuff that i hope one day might outperform.
