    re: why no trade? - fmg bought stock? gday t4p, i agree the fmg buying is very interesting. bhp and rio have the choice of coming to the table with an offer of a t/o or face the prospect of losing the lot. The blocking stake (14%) which fmg have acquired would not be a hinderence to either bhp or rio as i am sure they would be happy to take all remaining stock in caz which would likely leave them with 80% and fmg 20%. In this case, bhp/rio and fmg would de-list caz and share shovelanna. The other alternative would be a bidding war.

    Its all very facinating.
