    You know as well as I that is up to the limit of 27000 tpa.
    Considering it is slated as an RnD facility it will be under that total IMO.
    Also IMO is that they will never produce over 27000 tpa because they will not get EPA approval.

    And what a nice change to actually be discussing technologies, competition and prospects.
