I agree that this is merely a reminder rather than new news.
A tiny bit more data does not require a trading halt as the 60% figure has already been provided.
Market is being stupid still about the potential $$$ this represents and also possibly just how long the FDA may require getting this to market.....
and thus the talks with them.
