More just expressing a sense of frustration-they love to stop the party when a SP is racing up, but I cant think of any Share that has recieved a halt from a rapid fall?
And as for what it might achieve, well people buy and SELL on panick, panick they will miss out on gains or cut losses. A stop gives them an op to chill the hell out and re asses what on earth they are doing...
