I believe that their only good news might have been that their "sophisticated investor (a related party company)" has increased their investment after getting a huge discount to minimise their risks and add on to the majority of votes to Management... but people are now getting wiser and not buying into this as we can see in the share price currently.

This way they may be able to continue increasing their salaries and the payout of more bonuses... all at the expense of the long time shareholders who came in at a much higher share price and not too much impact for the newest shareholders.

Based on their projection they have said that the costs of research and development of their products should be greatly reduced as they have now set up IOT labs all over the world however I am not sure what this will do to our "Unicorn products" as we know that technology changes dramatically every single day and that the tech boom seems to have passed for a while anyway.

We seem to have a company now just made of Management.
