Absolutely, 1:100 at least. That should get rid of the penny stock tag.
Looking like it's time to get back in, lots of doom and gloom, even from long term holders.
Fundamentally, it could be oversold, but technically it is not even close to being oversold.
Technically it should bounce hard off .038, I will watch if it holds .04
