I have read this paragraph many times in the half year accounts and in my opinion the Company will no longer pass on their forecast sales figure to its shareholders as I believe they do not have any new additional revenue contracts other than the portion that is recurring...
Also the restructure of the capital will add another big loss I would have thought to the accumulated losses so far.
The fact that they have raised a placement @6 cents on 17th December which was way lower than the SP at the time says it all and definitely has killed the momentum for the SP to go up in my opinion.
I have read this paragraph many times in the half year accounts...
