B.O.D: we've made it clear how undervalued we are
Investors: why you no buy?
It's that bloody simple but unfortunately management don't get it, they don't hesitate to sell shares (that's what raising capital is), so many companies continue to sell shares and dilute holders all the way down, why do they never become buyers?
I'm surprised AA isn't pushing a buyback, however I suppose that would be considered a conflict of interest being the biggest shareholder.
