TOHO have been the cnr shareholder for CBH many years...and have NEVER shown any reason for leaving..as you would have seen from the announcements...as far as TOHO its time you do your own research..as the Nystar offer will not even get of the ground..TOHO after all is NOT SELLING and CBH cannot do anything unless TOHO agrees..the Chinese and the Japanese are steering the 2 companies PEM and CBH..so as I see it TOHO is NOT interested as CBH would have contacted TOHO before Xmas to see if they are intrested...so..forget Any nonsense as TOHO holds the reigns here...
