I like your positive attitude but at $1 tha twould give AVB a market value of $750m, im a big AVB fan but at this point in time its highly unlikely. $200m - $250m at this stage would be a great result and a more probable senario or 26c - 33c for now. 12 months from now with plenty more drilling and maybe the mother load of copper or nickel being found and yes your $1 target could be acheived.
