Ok Yak, I'll give you my opinion for what it's worth. The 225 valuation is well and good to get MNR over the line but the real value is prominent hill at 185. 40c for the rest of minotaur is a bit rich so that is why the discount.
On top of that script is not as valuable as cold hard cash.
