    I'm wondering if Newmont ( large MNR shareholder) has a view on the "merger".Another question I have is there
    any chance of an OXR capital reconstruction in the future,?,past experience tells me that they are not the most pleasant experience.OXR have about 1.2 billion
    shares I think?.Profits to all.BMD
