ST and DT yes do put up the price and can just as easily put down the price too.

we want steady accumulation and share price rising.

take a look at FMJ. Minimal shares - nil sellers and near nil buyers at times yet the share price has gone from 40c to 1.50 as it stands now. Why? cos no one is selling and they are hanging on to a good stock so the buyers however small in volume are coming up to them.

There is a difference between ST and DT for sure.

yes, what CGV need is UCG block approvals. And they will come. Dont think multi billion dollar company not done some homework and invest wisely.
