    Here is why I think theu would be worth taking over.

    1. Citigold Corporation is a gold producer controlling Australia's richest major goldfield.

    2. planned expansion of mining operations.

    3. Major Infrastructure Already Established.

    4. Warrior Ramp up to Continue, Cash flow from the current gold mining operations remains strong according to Citigold.
