Are they entitled to better? Absolutely.
But forget about it and move on, Everyone has got what they either wanted or deserved. The vote earlier this year sealed their fate. They should looked at the CVs of everyone who was involved and seen there wasn't 15 minutes of experience amongst them, and who's interest they really represented. If that wasn't enough they then fired OC and paid them out. If a shareholder didn't get out after all that they are sleeping in the bed they let someone make for them.
Are they entitled to better? Absolutely. But forget about it and...
