More than half did not vote at last EGM. If half do not vote this time, then only 25.01% is required to win the day. So, they have already won. They had 27% last time. Unless the silent majority wakes up.
More than 50% of CTN shareholders do not care, for whatever reason. Because of that, all CTN shareholders suffer except those with connections to CGA.
CTN is run for CGA's benefit. Full Stop. If 50% of CTN shareholders choose to ignore it, so be it?
