I thought VIL were trying to farm down FP, for obvious reasons - they can't afford the risk of another failure at FP, and isn't FP a gas discovery? Gas doesn't fetch alot nowadays in the USA with the boom in shale gas pushing prices down to a point where many of the big players have scaled down their gas exploration there.
