No but thank you for asking
The farm ran along the East boarder of the Whakatane river in NZ , with the quarry on the opposite side of the river so had to go through 1.2 meter depth of water with steep egress each time the contractor loaded the dump trucks (ADTs) - lots of fun good memories .
I can relate to the dentist and the drill , because that is basically how we started small scale with farm tractors and 6 tonne trailers , massive game change when moving earth and gravel with dedicated 40 tonne komatsu ADT trucks , and that is considered now small .
A combined effort by HGO doing the earthworks (penstock and tailrace ) and a electrical provider supplying the turbine plant would not be much different from HGO being a miner and getting another processing plant built by a contractor .
