Better to do a company share buy back at anything under $0.087 if the company wants to keep the share price up and it also makes genuine holders get a bigger slice of the pie later on .
Issuing options is just more dilution ie the rest of the share holders not holding them get a smaller slice of the pie .
Most employees have families to feed tomorrow employee options do not feed the family tomorrow .
