I'm a bit of a dreamer like you X but i try to keep in the R rating . R for realistic of course.

My son tells me that the sellars don't want a bunch of crap, that they are not interested in, they just want hard cash.

I think its best to stick to the plan of paying them cash in the next few weeks. If you haven't realised it, thats what is happening.

No point worrying about a dividend now because like the ten commandments it's set in stone. Boards declare dividends after the six monthly accounts are complete.

Hopefully we will all be presently surprised early next year.
