If the following posted by Topwon is correct then if necessary TRY should even make an unfriendly scrip bid for IGR.
I believe IGR shareholders, including me, would much prefer a merger with TRY than sitting around waiting a year or so for their mine to get into production if the upside to the gold price in a rising gold price environment has been crushed by hedging.

"I spoke with Company secretary, Pete Ironside this afternoon. He says they are presently in discussions with banks to fund approx. $55-60M to get production underway. Will need to hedge at this time..."
