Today with the Gold price soaring to $2688 and Aussie Dollar smashed down to 0.615 means TMF today would only need to spend US 61 Million to make a complete takeover at 50 cents

Anybody know why TMF wouldnt be interested today considering the same bid as last year would cost them $20,000,000 less because of the plunging Aussie dollar and they also have a huge benefit of Gold a booming US $688 higher than when the initial offer was made?
