Have any proof?
I still think there will be an offer before the end of the year for MTC rather than for Sturec by the acquirer of Gino's shares. My guess is the same US$81m price tag, though the effect of not having to pay a Slovakian cgt will be a greater return for shareholders than the original offer. The downside may be more shares on issue and a $5m debt, but that will be offset by a lower AU$ price, so the return will be around the same as Gino is getting.
I could be wrong also.
